Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds:

• Refunds of products will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
